Angeline M. Ambra

Angeline M. Ambra, 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 15, 2017.  She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Ambra; and 6 brothers, Thomas, Ambrose, Edward, Louis, Francis and Henry Pratt.  She is survived by 7 children, Ellen (Larry) Karan, Richard (Melody) Petras, Kenneth (Donna) Ambra, Joseph Petras, Anthony Ambra, Karen Foster, and Larry (Diana) Ambra; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; one brother, James (Marcy) Pratt; a sister-in-law, Mary Pratt; and many nieces and nephews.  She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Angeline's family was the world to her.  She had a good sense of humor and was always smiling.  We love you, Waga, and we miss you!   A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1 Aquinas St., Binghamton, NY.  Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass at 11:00 AM.  Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.  Arrangements by Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc.
