Sally A. (Rosics) Nauseef

Sally Ann Nauseef, 77, went to her heavenly home in the arms of Jesus on December 2, 2022. Her final hours were very peaceful after a short illness of severe pain. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and Andrew Rosics. She is survived by her son, whom she loved dearly, Robert Nauseef; her beloved daughter-in-law, Jennifer; she was an amazing "Grammie" to her grandsons, Nicholas and Aaron; loving sister to Carol (James) Lavo; friend to Bob Polak; and childhood friend, Mary Feijoo-Lesko; also  many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and "cat mom" to her special Sasha.  Sally loved reading many Bible verses and she had a deep faith in God. She was always very self-less, giving more than she received. She loved going to the ocean with her grandsons. Her son, Robert "Bob" was her world. Sally was a very talented cook, especially in Slovak ethnic dishes. Her favorite flower was the purple Iris. She had a career of 35+ years with Broome County and later in life had a large following at two hair salons over 20+ years which she enjoyed making her clients very happy. The family is very grateful to Rev. Msgr, John Putano at St. Patrick's Church and also for the wonderful and dedicated staff at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.  A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Patrick's Church, 9 Leroy St, Binghamton, Monday December 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive family and friends at St. Patrick's Church, Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Humane Society in Sally's name or to a charity of your choice.  Arrangements by Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc.
