Thomas J. Sigler

Thomas J. Sigler, 83, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, January 9, 2017.  He was predeceased by his parents, Andrew & Pauline Sigler; his brothers, Andrew, Jerry and Fred Sigler; and his sister, Phyllis Hamzik. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Nancy Sigler; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jeff Sigler and Daniel & Ann Sigler; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharee & Jeff Danker; 4 grandchildren, Brandon and Jason Danker, Erica and Nathan Sigler; and one great-granddaughter, Naomi Danker.  He is also survived by 2 sisters-in-law, Mary and Clara Sigler; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Tom was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and was employed by Local 7 for forty years.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton, NY.  Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM.
