Roberta"Bobbie" A. Tita

Roberta "Bobbie" A. Willsey Tita, 78, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017.  She was predeceased by son, James Willsey, Jr.; and her mother, Cora Bates.  She is survived by her devoted husband of 39 years, Paul Tita; granddaughter, Shalee Willsey (Keith Zelesnikar), who Bobbie loved with all her heart; 2 great-grandchildren, Bailey and Maddison Boyd.  She is also survived by several cousins, including one amazing and loving cousin, Ginger Dalton, who was always there for her through her laughter and tears; and a very dear friend, Chris Johnson.  The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Readling and his magnificent nurses and staff for the outstanding care given to Bobbie.  She was a member of the Church of the Holy Trinity but attended 4:30 Mass at St. Cyril's until she was no longer able.  She was a member of the J.C. Eagles and enjoyed good times with friends.  Bobbie believed in her Lord, who stood by her til the end; His will will be done.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM at the Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton.  The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:30 AM.    Inurnment will be at a later date.  Memorial donations may be made for cancer research or the BC Humane Society.
