Richard C. Whaley

Richard Whaley, 76, formerly of Norwich NY joined his loving wife, Rose Whaley; his parents, Mary and Kenneth Whaley; his sister and brother-in-law, June & Richard Tuttle; and brother-in-law, Richard Decker in eternal life on April 14,2025. Richard is survived by his sister Janet Decker;  his daughters Sally Semko; Marie & Garry Jones;  his son,  Paul Hoover; nieces, nephews, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Richard was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. Richard was loved by many and will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of life on May 3rd for family and friends. We would like to give the staff at Willow Point Nursing and Rehab special thanks for the loving care they have given Richard for the past 10 years.   Arrangements by Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc.
