Patricia J. DeGroat, 58, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017. She has been reunited with her parents, Charles (2005) and Evelyn (2015) DeGroat; her daughter, Angela (1978); and nephew, Jeffrey (2017). She will be remembered by and is survived by her children, Elizabeth, Alan and his wife, Jeana, and Jessica; grandchildren, Darren, Mickayla, Orion, Ash, Connor and Abbigail; her sister, Virginia and her husband, Earl; niece, Rebecca; and nephew, Curtis. She is also survived by her dear friend, William Simmons. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 26, 2017, at the Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton, NY 13905. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Hallstead, PA.
