Mary Dranchok

Mary Dranchok, 101 years young, died on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, after a brief illness.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Jasper Nemcek; her second husband, Frank Dranchok; her grandson, Jeffrey Palmer; and 8 brothers and sisters.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara & Calvin Palmer, who were her caregivers for 18 years; her son and daughter-in-law, Brian & Georgia Nemcek; granddaughters, Maribeth (David) King and Alicia (Todd) Campbell.  She was "Big Non" to Andrew, Jonathan and Lauren King, and Devin Campbell.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Mary enjoyed a glass of wine on special occasions, but no special occasion was ever needed for her to enjoy chocolate.  A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at St. James Church, 155 Main St., Johnson City, NY.  Family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass at 10:00 AM.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Arrangements by Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc.
