Obituary

Marion Hirko, 86, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 18, 2022, at her home, with her daughter at her side.  She was predeceased by her parents, Lewis & Florence Curtis; her husband of 62 years, Edward Hirko; 4 brothers and sisters, Arlene Doyle, Burton Curtis, Joan Tully and Darwin Curtis.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy & Barry Graver; and her son and daughter-in-law, Craig & Linda Hirko; 2 grandchildren, Amanda and Michael Rasbeck, and Sarah & Steven Wagner; 3 great-grandchildren, Madison, Asher and Grayson.  She was a member of St. James Church.  Marion was a retired employee of Singer-Link Corp. where she was a production coordinator. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at St. James Church, 155 Main St., Johnson City, NY.  Family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 AM until the time of the Mass at 10:30 AM.  Interment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.  A special thank you to Stay at Home homecare who cared for my mom.  Memorial donations may be made to St. James Food Pantry.  Arrangements by Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc.
