John R. Ewing

John R. Ewing, 32, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021, after a brief illness. He was predeceased by his father, Robert Ewing; and his stepfather, Lee Palmer. He is survived by his mother, June Palmer; stepsister & brother-in-law, Kelly & Kyle Harris; nephew, Kory Harris; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  John was a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and the University of Buffalo Law School.  Besides spending time with family and friends, he loved watching sports on television, especially the Washington Redskins.  John had a warm and caring personality and a quick wit; he was always there with a hug or a joke. The family would like to offer special thanks to his amazing team of doctors at Mt. Sinai Hospital.  A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 200 Jefferson Ave. Endicott, NY with the Rev. John Martinichio officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Friends may call at the church from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 noon. Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
