Jane E. Buchinsky

Jane E. Buchinsky, 78, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at her home.  She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Buchinsky; and her mother, Florence Johnson.  She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, G. Margaret & Darryl Dibble; nieces and nephews, Deborah & Rhys Earl, David Dibble & Becky Pecka, and Mary E. & Scott Wood.  Also survived by her godson, William & Kimberly Pfitzenmaier and family; and several cousins. She was an active member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church and she thought highly of her church family.  She was a retired Senior Account Clerk from the Broome Developmental Center.  Jane enjoyed social gatherings with friends and family, decorating her home and shopping.   Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday at the Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton.  Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 12:00 noon.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
