Boleslaw "Bill" Lenkiewicz

Boleslaw "Bill" Lenkiewicz, 89, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, surrounded by his family.  He was predeceased by his parents, Boleslaw and Helen Lenkiewicz; and his 11 siblings. He is survived by the love of his life, his loving and devoted wife of 63 years, Ann Marie (Zabadal) Lenkiewicz; 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy & Marty Tomazin, Lynne & Tony Melville and Karen & Jack Teeple; many nieces and nephews.  Bill was a member of the Church of the Holy Trinity.  He was proud of his Polish heritage and loved his polka music.   He was a retired employee of Azon Corp. In his younger years Bill was noted as an outstanding athlete at Vestal HS.  He loved the outdoors and spent his time outside tending to his gardens and hunting.  Bill was a faithful, loving and loyal husband, father and friend.   A Funeral Mass will be offered at 11:00 AM on Monday, January 6, at the Church of the Holy Trinity, 346 Prospect St., Binghamton. Family will receive friends from 2:00-5:00 PM on Sunday at the Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to the Church of the Holy Trinity.
