Anne Hattala, formerly of Binghamton

Anne Hattala, age 93, formerly of Pierce Creek Road, Binghamton, entered into eternal life on March 27, 2014 at Susquehanna Nursing Home, Johnson City.  Anne is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years John Hattala; her daughter and son-in-law,  Kathleen and Michael Leary of Austin, TX; her granddaughter, Michelle and Michael Seim; and twin great-grandsons Ethan and David, all of Minneapolis, MN.  She is also survived by her brother Adam Kress; sister-in-law Julia Patinka; brother-in-law, Charles Hattala; and several nieces and nephews. She retired from Endicott Johnson’s Sunrise factory after 34 years of service and was a founding member of St. Andrew’s Church.  A Funeral  Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 10:30 AM at SS. John and Andrew Church,  1263 Vestal Ave.,  Binghamton, NY.   Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery at a later date.  Arrangements by Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc.
