Ann Butch, of Binghamton

Ann Butch, 100 years old, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 14, 2014.  She was predeceased by her husband, John; and her son, John.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jane & Michael Ryan;  daughter-in-law, Patricia Butch; three grandchildren, Chris & Alicia Butch, Sherri & Chris McAndrew, and Lee Ryan;  five great-grandchildren, Rachel and Megan Butch, Quinn and Liam McAndrew, and Braedon Ryan; many nieces and nephews.  Ann was known for her love of family; she always gave of herself, asking nothing in return.   She was also an excellent cook,  well-known for her special occasion cakes.  We are grateful to have had her with us for 100 years.  Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday at the Bednarsky Funeral Home, Inc., 96 Glenwood Ave., Binghamton, NY, with the Rev. Robert Amrheim, OFM Conv., officiating.    Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
