Amshay, Adele Formerly of Binghamton:

Adele Amshay, 88, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, in Payson, AZ. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 37 years, Frank Amshay; her son, Jeffrey; her sister, Mary Gillis: and brother, Al Blinkovitch. Adele is
survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Thomas Lumsden of Payson, AZ; and her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Karen Amshay of Glen Aubrey, NY. She was a member of St. Joseph's Lithuanian Church, now the Church of the Holy Trinity. Adele was a retired 32-year employee of JC Penney, where she enjoyed helping and meeting many people. A Memorial Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at the Church of the Holy Trinity, 346 Prospect St., Binghamton, NY. Family will receive friends at the church from 9:15 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 10:00 a.m. Internment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her.
